Tip Jar WHAT’S A TIP JAR? Frankly, it’s how we get paid around here. Jetsetmodern.com is a free ezine, with all the content you’d expect in any print mag. Anyone who wants to read us is welcome, at no charge. But considering all the hours of research, writing, photo editing, and art services that go into an issue, it would be nice if we got paid. We’ve elected to use what we call the NPR Approach. Just like National Public Radio, anyone can get what we have to offer, without paying, if that’s what they want or need. And just like NPR, we rely on voluntary user support to fund ongoing operations. What we ask is this: Consider giving a buck an issue, or more. We know how many people read us, and if every visitor gave a buck, we’d be in clover. Obviously, if you think we’re worth more, we appreciate larger donations, very much, and you will get our personal thanks. But even a buck an issue from every reader would work wonders around here.
