Those words have been attributed to sources as diverse as poet Jean Cocteau, Morris Mini designer Sir Alec Issigonis, and Sixties comedian Allan Sherman. One committee buried somewhere in the bureaucracy of the National Park Service seems hell-bent on proving whoever said them correct.
